28th ANNUAL ALL-AMERICA CITY 10K RUN/WALK

10K Run/Walk: 10:30 am

Entry Fee:

• 10K Run/Walk -$10.00 for all ages (No refunds)

• 2 Mile Fun Run - $5.00 for all ages (No refunds)

Start & Finish

• 10K Run/Walk race start is next to Cano Gonzalez Elementary on Freddy Gonzalez Drive and finish inside the Edinburg Municipal Park, while the 2 Mile Fun Run start is located on the intersection of Sprague St. and Raul Longoria Rd and finishes inside the Edinburg Municipal Park.

Race Packet Pick-Up

• Race Packet Pick Up - Race Packets can be picked up at the Community Recreation Center beginning Monday, February 1 – Friday, February 5, from 12 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. On day of the event, race packets will be available at Edinburg Municipal Park until 8:15 a.m. for the 2-Mile Fun Run. Race packets for the 10K will NOT be available on the day of the race so please make arrangements to pick up your packets early.

CHIP PICK-UP

• Chip Pick Up - The 10K Run will be using the chip system. Each participant will need to attach a timing chip to their shoe in order to be counted in the results and prizes. The Chips can be picked up at the Recreation Center beginning Thursday, February 4, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Friday, February 5, from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Chips will NOT be given out on the day of the race so please make arrangements to pick up your chips early.

• All timing chips will be collected and returned after you cross the finish line. Runners will be charged $20. if the chip is not returned.

10K Run & 2 Mile Fun Run Prizes & Awards

The top 10 overal male, top 5 open female finishers and top 5 United States female finishers will receive cash prizes only. The top 5 male and female finishers in each age division will receive trophies. There will be no duplication of awards.

Age Divisions
The following male & female age divisions will be offered in the All-America City 10K Run/Walk: 8 & Under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & older.
